At Kalandemy, we believe that every instructor deserves the tools and support to succeed from day one. That’s why we guide you through a complete onboarding process designed to set you up for success — from your first step to your first course launch. Once you're approved, you’ll receive step-by-step training on how to upload your content, structure your lessons, and navigate our platform with ease. We’ll also share best practices to help you engage your audience, grow your reach, and make the most out of your presence on Kalandemy. You’re never alone in this journey — we’re with you every step of the way.
Instructor Rules
Teach with Purpose. Lead with Integrity.
At Kalandemy, we believe that instructors are more than teachers — they are role models, changemakers, and the heartbeat of our mission. To maintain the trust of our learners and the integrity of our platform, every instructor must agree to the following 10 rules:
1. Originality & Ownership
All course content (videos, audio, slides, quizzes, etc.) must be your original work, or you must have the legal rights and licenses to use it. No copied, pirated, or unauthorized materials are allowed on our platform. Your course is your responsibility

2. Commit to Quality
Every course must deliver clear, accurate, and valuable content. That means:
Clear audio and video
Well-organized lessons
Real, actionable insights
No misleading claims or misinformation
You’re not just teaching — you’re shaping someone’s future.
3. Respect & Professionalism
We welcome learners from all backgrounds. You agree to:
Avoid all forms of discrimination, hate speech, and inappropriate behavior
Treat student questions and feedback with professionalism and kindness
Foster an inclusive and respectful learning space
Instructors must treat learners with respect at all times.
➡️ No discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated — in any form.
4. Stay on the Platform
Kalandemy is where the magic happens. Instructors Must NOT:
Direct students to outside websites for paid content
Solicit personal information or private payments
Solicit students to leave Kalandemy
Collect personal data
Sell unrelated products or services
Bypass Kalandemy’s systems or monetization tools
➡️ All communications must serve educational purposes only.
We grow together, and we protect our community.
5. No Promotion of Harmful Content
We do not allow content that includes:
Dangerous misinformation
Unproven medical advice
Political propaganda
Religious extremism
False health or financial claims
Hate speech or extremism
Violence or illegal activity
Religious or political propaganda
- Content inciting violence or illegal activity
Your course must make learners stronger — not put them at risk.
6. Course Approval & Review
All courses are subject to Kalandemy’s review and approval process before going live. We reserve the right to:
Request edits or improvements
Reject courses that do not meet our quality or ethical standards
Remove courses or instructor profiles that violate these rules
If your course doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll work with you to improve it. If necessary, we may remove your course or suspend your account to protect the integrity of the platform and our learners.
7. Pricing & Platform Integrity
Instructors must follow Kalandemy’s pricing and monetization guidelines. Attempts to manipulate the system — such as false reviews, coupon abuse, or misleading pricing — may result in account suspension or removal.
8. Confidentiality & Trust
As an instructor, you may gain access to student interactions or feedback. This information is confidential and must not be used for personal or commercial gain outside Kalandemy.
9. Follow the Rules. Stay Compliant
All instructors must comply with applicable local and international laws, including data protection, intellectual property, and tax obligations.
You agree to follow:
Local and international copyright, tax, and education laws
Kalandemy’s terms, policies, and pricing structure
Ethical and professional guidelines at all times
10. Commitment to Growth/ Maintain Your Course
Your course isn’t a “set it and forget it” project. Instructors are expected to:
Update content as needed
Respond to platform or administrator requests
Keep your course live and active for the benefit of students
We encourage every instructor to:
Continuously improve their content
Participate in training and community updates
Help us create an inclusive, impactful learning environment
⚠️ Violations
Any violation of these rules may result in:
Warnings
Course removal
Suspension or termination of your instructor account
Legal action in cases of serious misconduct
